Their team was very helpful in all respects given we were in Calgary, Alberta and they were in Nanaimo and our absence being a concern to us. My transfer was sudden and we needed an Agent or Team very quickly. This was not a concern for them and they were the utmost professional in keeping in contact with us every step of the way.
